- This item is made with 100% polyester yarn and filled with hypoallergenic polyester fiber. (Made in a non-smoking home)
- Features plastic safety eyes ( I secure my eyes with plastic backing and glue to secure in place )
Shipping Policy & Processing Time
- All packages are sent using USPS, shipping speed will depend on the class of mail purchased at checkout.
- Processing time is 5-7 days.
- Orders will be shipped to the address you have entered when checking out. Please ensure that the address is correct prior to submitting an order! If you notice your address is incorrect BEFORE the item has shipped, please email butterflybysof7@gmail.com ASAP so I can correct it before shipment. If an order has been shipped already and the address is incorrect, there's nothing I can do to resolve it at that point. Should a package be returned to me due to an incorrect address, it will result in new shipping charges (which will be the responsibility of the buyer) or it will be refunded (minus shipping costs). I cannot offer replacements for customer errors unless the original package/product(s) are returned to me. I am not responsible for the package after it is out of my hands, but I am happy to help should any issues arise.

- Please be aware all handmade items are just that, made by hand, the finished product may vary slightly from what is shown. Colors may differ slightly in person due to difference in lighting and screen displays on phones, computers, etc
- This item is not meant for rough play and not recommended for children under 3 years old. It has to be hand-washed. Care instructions will be included along with the plushie.
